2. Warranties

2.1. Product Warranty for Custom Builds

Custom-built computers purchased from System Nine come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as provided by the part suppliers.

  • Coverage: The warranty includes repairs or replacements of defective parts.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

2.2. Refurbished Products

All refurbished products sold by System Nine are provided “as is” and do not come with any warranties. We thoroughly inspect and test these products to ensure functionality, but due to their nature, they are sold without guarantees.

3. Refunds and Returns

3.1. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are not available for refurbished products sold “as is.” Custom-built products may be eligible for refunds under specific conditions. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
  • Process: For eligible items, refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Exclusions: Refunds are not provided for refurbished items, digital products, software, and items marked as “final sale.”

3.2. Return Policy

  • Process: To initiate a return for custom-built products, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Sales Policy

  • Final Sale Items: All refurbished products are sold “as is” and are considered final sale, with no refunds, exchanges, or returns available.
  • Discounts and Promotions: Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined. Discounts apply to eligible products only and are valid for a limited time.

5. General Provisions

  • Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, refunds, and returns.
  • Limitation of Liability: System Nine’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
